Corex (corrugated) boards made from polypropylene (PP) are made via extrusion (pressing). Corrugated polypropylene has a hollow structure resembling corrugated cardboard, which makes it comparatively lightweight. An additional feature which makes it a popular with our customers is that it can be cut down for installing in atypical locations. The board structure resembles corrugated cardboard which reduces its weight yet remains durable and resistant to atmospheric conditions.
Corrugated polypropylene boards may be used for outdoor exhibitions. The material is very resistance to rain, sun and does not delaminate. Corex corrugated polypropylene boards have high rigidity. Compared to Foamed PVC boards, they are much lighter. Relatively low weight of Corex boards is a big advantage and an asset during installation works, it also serves to lower transport costs.

Recommended processing for corrugated polypropylene boards includes: cutting, overprint, foiling. The boards themselves do not lend themselves to easy processing. After cutting down to required size, additional edge polishing is needed.
