It is designed to wrap vehicles. It has excellent stretching parameters and its structure has properties required to apply graphics on surfaces with large outlets and that are hard-to-reach: bumpers, mirrors, seals. The maximum print width of the on-vehicle film is 1.50 m.
Cast vinyl remains in a set state and does not try to return to its original state. Self-adhesive foil is printed in solvent technology, which enables to present photorealistic graphics. Cast vinyl has a long service life. It can be laminated. Min. application temperature + 8C.
How long can you use cast vinyl?
For the Central European climate manufacturer provides service life of up to 10 years (white foil without printing) and 8 years for cast foil (transparent foil without printing).
How to protect the graphics even better?
In order to protect the imprint on the cast vinyl from bad weather conditions, we recommend laminating the foil.
Cast vinyl printing techniques
We can print cast foil with solvent and ecological - latex inks. The foil is also suitable for UV printing.
What places are best to use cast vinyl?
Due to its flexibility it is perfect for uneven and notched surfaces. Most popular way to use it is sticking it as advertisement on company cars.
Cast foil change
If you choose a different graphic it’s easy to replace the foil with a different one. The foil does not tear but rather stretches. Removal of cast vinyl is simpler than monomeric foil.
What to do before sticking cast vinyl?
Before sticking the cast foil we recommend removing any dust or grease from the surface. Any dirt may have a negative impact on the use of the foil. With freshly painted surfaces it is better to wait up to 3 weeks for it to dry before sticking the foil. We advise you to check that the paint or varnish does not react with the adhesive.
